I had half packet of dried rice vermicelli left on the shelf and don't what to cook in the morning. Went browsing through the Internet and found this Tom Yam Rice Vermicelli recipe which is easy and fast to cook. It is not so spicy as the Thai Tom Yum soup. Taste almost the same as plain bihun but an extra less spicy taste . The guys at home fell in love with this dish. Do try!
